PAUMA VALLEY, CA 11,300 SQUARE FOOT HOME

October, 2018

Raymer Construction Inc. recently completed framing this new incredible 11,300 square foot home located in the private gated community of Pauma Valley, a community where John Wayne once lived. The framing includes custom cut arches and radius walls throughout, exposed heavy timber beams and tongue and groove ceiling.

July 9, 2018

Raymer Construction provided wood framed construction of 3 new homes less than 200 feet from the Encinitas Ocean Cliffs. The 3 homes were 2 stories and approximately 3,300 square feet each with custom cut barrel roofs.

January 25, 2025

Raymer Construction Inc. Removed existing wood trellis and replaced it with new custom deck including wood posts and beams, miracoat deck system, new sliding glass door, stucco, exterior LED lighting, tongue and groove ceiling, glass handrail system and steel spiral staircase.
